Chatsuite is a platform for chatbot creation and management. It allows costumers (from SMB to Enterprises) to build new ways of interacting with the consumers through already established messaging apps like Facebook Messenger, Kik, Vibe, Whatsapp and many others.
Chatsuite's SaaS Dashboard Platform and ChatBot Editor is capable of building complex flows with smart AI conversations and manage predefined content like a CMS.

During my last time at Chatsuite, I was the only designer inside the team. I was pivoting between presentations, website design, product design and some front-end design tasks. Really fun! 🎊
What I learnt
Working on a new sector allowed me to create a product that was never done before. There were no rules belonging to the market because there was no market. We had no UX key pattern to follow or a trendy UI style, it was and open and empty field. I had a really good Product Manager that made me grow as a designer in terms of specification and product management through JIRA. I also perfectioned my Sketch skills during my journey designing Chatsuite's Dashboard. 🏅
